As a U.S. based company, we do our best to source wholesome, quality ingredients from the USA. But when we can’t find natural, sustainable products here in America, we partner with like-minded farmers across the world. Because we control our own sourcing and manufacturing, we can hold our local and worldwide suppliers to the same USA standards, including audits of their facilities and in the field. But no matter where our products come from, they all visit our California facility before reaching you.

After you have created an account and completed the checkout process, you can track your Order Status. You will also have immediate access to your purchase history. Simply log into your account and click on Orders to see all order details.

We currently offer free USPS ground shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous states. Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days and received between 4-5 days after shipping. However, this timeframe may vary depending on your location as Palzandco is located on the West Coast. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

We stand behind each and every product on our website. If you need to return products to us for whatever reason; we make this process as easy as possible.

Our return policy is to offer a full refund of the product price if you are unsatisfied for any reason; however, you, the customer, are responsible for returning the product in its original, sealed packaging, and for paying all shipping costs. As many of our products are consumables, we are unable to accept returns of opened product. If you plan to make a return, we need to be notified within 1 (one) week of you receiving the products.

If you would like to process a return, please email us at info@palzandco.com or phone us to obtain an RMA# for your return. This RMA# needs to be clearly printed on your return, and you should ship your return back to us using a trackable shipping service to ensure a safe delivery.

Upon receipt of your return, you will receive a refund for the value of the unused returned merchandise. At this time, we are not able to accept returns of any used items or opened treats for safety reasons.

And like with all our products, we test every batch for safety, from when we first get the materials until they're ready to be sent out. GPT Keeping your pet safe is our top priority. Even though we carefully slow roast our natural bones to minimize the chances of them breaking or splintering, sometimes pieces can still break off due to the natural variations in bone density. If you see your dog breaking off and possibly swallowing pieces, please remove the bone and any loose bits right away. These fragments could lead to choking, blockages, or digestion problems. Always watch your dog when they're enjoying their chew and make sure they have access to fresh water.
